Jason Kravitz from Brussels, BelgiumThis is a good one - I like how you've included a bunch of the surrounds like the flower pot and lights on top. My only suggestion for next time would be to use less DoF or watch what background elements are behind your subjects head - like in this case the drawers behind kind of stick out of one side of her head. Otherwise, beautiful model and nice relaxed pose. 8 Nov 2006 8:33am @Jason Kravitz: Hi Jason. @NoWords: Hi Mr. NoWords nice to meet you. Craig Persel from Montreal, CanadaExcellent composition and portrait. Original and intriguing. 8 Nov 2006 1:07pm @Craig Persel: Hi Craig. Duncan Galbraith from kyoto, JapanThis is avery interesting compostion. I like all of the different elements. great image. 8 Nov 2006 1:13pm @Duncan Galbraith: Hi Duncan micki from United StatesYes, you should take more portaits! Oh, and while you're at it, how about a self portrait? :o) 8 Nov 2006 1:50pm @micki: Hi Micki. Cyrille from PARIS, FranceThis is not a portrait in the classical meaning, that's why The DOF doesn't matter. And that's why being able to see the background makes the photo stronger. If you want to do more portrait, I think they will be very welcome. Oh and tell your model she is quite photogenic. 8 Nov 2006 2:45pm @Cyrille: Merci beaucoup Cyrille. @Damon Schreiber: Hi Damon-san @Chris: Hi Chris @Régis: Hi Regis @objectif-plume: Hi objectif-plume, Nice to meet you:) Andriy from Toronto, CanadaGirl is beautiful, the rest doesn't matter :) Good portrait. 18 Nov 2006 10:26pm Michelle Bialowas from Melbourne Victoria, AustraliaBeautiful photography. Beautiful composition. Beautiful model. (My heart rate always picks up a few beats when I ask strangers if I can photograph them – I don’t know why because all they can say is “no”.) 21 Nov 2006 11:28pm @Michelle Bialowas: Hi Michelle, |
